With 30 years of Structural Design and Construction Administration, Mr. Wise has extensive knowledge of multiple types of structures and systems. He has provided design consulting for detention facilities, education facilities and city maintenance facilities. He has provided contract administrative services for recreational facilities, city parking deck structures, maintenance facilities and federal housings structures. He is competent in the use of computer aided drafting programs (AutoCad 2015/ Revit 2015) and design analysis programs. Mr. Wise has affiliations with The International Building Code Council (IBCC) , he is a Licensed Commercial General Contractor by SCDLLR , he is a Licensed Commercial General Contractor by NCLBGC and he has a Certificate of Construction Management by SCDLLR.
Albert A. Stevens, PE , Structural Engineer. Albert A. Stevens graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. With 25 years of experience Mr. Stevens is a structural designer of all types of structures and proficient in the use of computerized structural analysis and design programs, as well as AutoCad 2015 / Revit 2015. Has designed the structural components of hundreds of building project throughout the southeastern United States. The materials utilized include structural steel, aluminum, timber, masonry, light gage metal, and concrete. The projects have been in the public and private sectors, with clients ranging from architects, developers to owners and government agencies. The project probable cost estimating, shop drawings review, and construction observations have been performed for hundreds of projects. Mr. Stevens is a member of The American Society of Civil Engineers. He has professional registration in South Carolina ,North Carolina and Florida.
Garris Haynes, Graduate Engineer. Mr. Haynes graduated from The University of South Carolina , with a B.S.C.E. in Structural Engineering in 1989. Mr. Haynes has extensive structural design experience on all types of structures. He is proficient in the use of computerized structural analysis and design programs, as well as Auto Cad 2015 / Revit 2015. He is experienced with computer design programs for concrete, masonry, foundations and structural steel. Mr. Haynes is able to determine the most economical systems for tough design and construction projects. He has prepared construction documents, specifications, probable cost estimates. Mr. Haynes has also reviewed existing structures for additional capacity and or expansion. Mr. Haynes is a member of The American Society of Civil Engineers, The American Concrete Institute and National Society of Professional Engineers.
